Ar-Rūm- So glory be to Allah in the evening and in the morning
Selected Prophetic Hadīths
"A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers anywhere else, except for the Sacred Mosque."
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said:"The strong believer is better and dearer to Allah than the weak believer, and there is good in both. Adhere to whatever brings you benefit, seek the help of Allah, and do not feel helpless. If something befalls you, do not say: 'Had I done such-and-such, it would have been such-and-such;' rather, say: 'Allah has decreed, and whatever He wills, He does.' Indeed, 'if' opens the way before the devil to act." [Authentic hadith] - [Sahih Muslim - 2664]
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:"Faith has over seventy branches - or over sixty branches - the most excellent of which is the declaration that 'lā ilāha illa Allah (there is no god but Allah)', and the lowest of which is the removal of what is harmful from the way; and modesty is a branch of faith." [Narrated by Al-Bukhāri & Muslim]
"The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it."
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported The supplication that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) recited most was: "Allāhumma rabbana ātina fi ad-dunya hasanah wa fi al-ākhirati hasanah wa qina ‘adhāb an-nār (O Allah our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good and protect us from the torment of the Fire)." [Authentic hadith] - [Narrated by Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
